Facility Details
The Alex Pitcher Pavilion, is a standalone event space primarily used for large conferences, meetings, award ceremonies, birthday parties, baby showers, and weddings.
The space features an amphitheater providing additional outdoor space and seating. The amphitheater consists of planted raised berms surrounded by wooden seating and a concrete stair structure. The amphitheater seats approximately 100 people.
The event space has a built-in audiovisual (AV) system that can connect to most devices via an HDMI cord. Event hosts must bring a laptop to set up the configuration.
The kitchen area is large enough to allow a sizable group to cook and prepare food. The kitchen offers the service of catered food, set-up, and warming food.
Users of the space will have access to rectangle tables (5’ x 2’), round tables (6ft’ diameter), cocktail tables, and chairs. Events hosts can rent their own tables and chairs for events however capacity maximums must be adhered to.
